Massive Snow Storms Leaves Behind Melting Snow Problems

This past winter, was one like we haven't seen in Northern Iowa, for quite sometime. This home experienced a problem that a lot of homes ran into at the end of winter. The warmer temperatures caused the snow to melt while the ground was still frozen. Which caused the water to seep into whatever open areas it was able to. The basement of this home had large amounts of water come in, that unfortunately lead to a full basement demolition. Often times, its not usually the effects of snow storms that cause issues such as this.
