Santa and SERVPRO

Starting during the pandemic in 2020 SERVPRO of Mason City offered the community the opportunity to get their picture with Santa. Covid-19 caused our local mall to cancel all Christmas events in 2020 and 2021 leaving Santa nowhere to go and the children in our community nowhere to visit him. A member of our marketing team came up with and put together a plan to make this drive-thu event. Not only did we give our community an opportunity to meet Santa but this was also a Toy Drive for Toys for Tots of North Iowa.

Continuing Education & Ethics

SERVPRO of Mason City held a day of Continuing education and ethics courses for local Iowa insurance agents. Great turn out! 40 agents in all attended, and Todd Davis was brought in as a special guest speaker. The agents in attendance loved how we presented the class and made it extremely entertaining for everyone!
