Apartment Building Flooded Hallways

In an apartment building hallway, a pipe had busted in the kitchen underneath the sick. The pipe was located in an exterior wall of the hallway, which caused water damage to multiple apartment rooms and the hallway. The before picture shows how the carpet is darkened from being heavily saturated with water. The after picture shows how the hallway was affected and how the equipment is set up to mitigate the water. There is a strategic process our technicians use and have specialized training to thoroughly dry out any water mitigation.You will notice the staggered air movers and pulled off bases to help the drying process.
