Water line leaking

In a 2-story apartment building a refrigerator water line wasn't hooked up correctly causing water damage in the lower level ceiling. With a leak like this the water damage came on quickly, causing water to drip onto the floor. The owner was advised to call SERVPRO of Mason City to come look at the damage. The before picture shows the ceiling with color change due to the water damage that was happening. The ceiling did have to be taken out in the spots the water damage occurred. The after picture shows what it looks like after our team finished. She was very happy with how fast she got her home back to normal.
