This water loss in Mason City, IA was the result of a broken pipe.  Sometime after hours thee pipe broke causing the water to run continuously all night long! By the time the employees came into work the next morning, there was already two or three inches of standing water. Those couple of inches definitely had the staff in a panic as they were to open in less then an hour. Without any more hesitation they made the call to SERVPRO of Mason City to see what we could do to help.  From her description on the phone we knew it was best to take at least two extractors. On arrival we immediately started the extraction process. We had to inform them it would be best if they remained closed for the day   so we could get out all the water and set equipment.
