SERVPRO of Mason City Adds a Building Expansion

SERVPRO of Mason City, is located at 808 S. Monroe Ave. In 2017, when the new owner Keith Messenger, took over SERVPRO of Mason City, he purchased a bigger building to move the company into. This new building was once a car dealership, and is right around 12,000 Sq. Ft. This was a big move for the company, beings the previous building was around 3,000 Sq. Ft. Over the course of 2 years, the company had outgrown the new building. In 2019, SERVPRO of Mason City added on a 10,000 Sq. Ft., state of the art facility to the building. It includes an Ultrasonic Cleaning room to process clients’ contents damaged by disaster, O-Zone room, Product room, mezzanine for storage space and a classroom for staff training and meetings. SERVPRO of Mason City is excited to continue to add more equipment to help with the restoration process for customers.
